Class Action Lawsuit against Lenovo for Superfish Malware

Hattis Law is investigating Lenovo for having sold millions of laptops and desktops with pre-loaded dangerous malware called “Superfish” since September 2014.

Security researchers have identified the Superfish software as highly dangerous malware which makes your computer vulnerable to hackers. The software hijacks encrypted web browser sessions thereby enabling man-in-the-middle attacks whereby attackers can easily certify imposter HTTPS websites that masquerade as Bank of America, Google, Amazon.com or any other secure destination on the Internet.

This is not the first time Hattis Law has taken on Lenovo for deceptive practices; we previously successfully brought and settled a false advertising action against the company.

If you are a U.S. consumer who purchased a Lenovo laptop or desktop after September 2014, you may have a claim. We would like to hear from you!
