Lawsuit against Williams-Sonoma for fake discounts

Hattis Law is currently investigating complaints that Williams-Sonoma is advertising false discounts from fake and inflated “regular” or “suggested” prices for kitchenware products in its retail stores and on its website williams-sonoma.com.

Williams-Sonoma advertises these fake higher “regular” or “suggested” prices for its kitchenware products in order to make its customers think the products are worth more and are of higher quality than they actually are.

As a result, customers do not get the “discount” promised, customers purchase products they may not have otherwise purchased, honest competing sellers are harmed, and Williams-Sonoma is able to charge more than it otherwise could have charged for its products.

If you purchased a Williams-Sonoma kitchenware product in a Williams-Sonoma retail store or on its website williams-sonoma.com, we would like to learn of your experience.
