Hattis Law is investigating complaints that Saks Off Fifth is advertising false discounts and selling lower quality clothing items than promised.
Saks Off Fifth advertises false discounts from fake and inflated “regular” prices in order to make its customers think its clothing items are worth more and are of higher quality than they actually are.

As a result, customers do not get the “discount” promised, customers make purchases that they may not have otherwise made, and Saks Off Fifth is able to charge more for its clothing items than it otherwise could have.

If you purchased a “discounted” product from Saks Off Fifth, we would like to hear about your experience.
