Hattis Law is investigating complaints that Nautica is advertising false discounts and selling lower quality clothing than promised.
Based on our investigation, Nautica advertises store-wide “sales events” of its products (typically 30% to 50% off). However, these “sales” are fake because Nautica advertises a “sales event” nearly year-round.
As a result, Nautica rarely, if ever, offers its products at their list price and customers do not get the “discount” promised.
