HP.com Class Action Lawsuit – False Discounts on HP Computers Sold on HP.com

We are currently investigating HP for advertising bogus computer discounts and inflated prices on its website at the HP.com Home & Home Office Store during the period 2010 through 2012.

HP promises specific dollar and percentage discounts from the computer’s regular price, when in fact HP.com never sold the computer at the claimed regular price.

Meanwhile the purportedly “discounted” price on HP.com is higher than the true regular price the of the same HP computer at retailers like BestBuy.

As a result, consumers who purchase HP computers at HP.com do not get the discount they were promised, and pay more than they otherwise would have.

If you purchased an HP computer online direct from the HP.com Home & Home Office Store between 2010 and 2012, we would like to learn of your experience.
