1. Falsely advertises its wireless phone plans as providing “unlimited” data, while failing to adequately disclose that data would be slowed to virtually unusable speed after a certain data cap was exceeded;
2. Imposes surprise and inadequately disclosed taxes, fees and surcharges on monthly bills, after deceptively leading consumers to believe that the service is a flat-fee pre-paid plan; and
3. Imposes surprise payment processing charges to customers who desire to pay their bill in a Walmart store or over the telephone.
